I think he is asking for his elemental weakness, to see if a set or item effect that gives +15% dmg vs animals for example, adds 15% more dmg vs cryst as well.

I only know that Cryst is obviously a Boss-Type, so damage effects vs Bosses will add more damage. I do not think the animal/elemental/golem type applies to him.
