Completely lost: Armor and Weaps for Lvl 20?

Hey!

So, I've never played Iris Online before, and I'm completely and hopelessly lost.
I'm a level 23 Rogue > Hunter and I'm trying to figure out where to buy Mail Armor and Guns for level 20 and above.

Where do we find those NPCs?

Just level up some more and don't worry too much about gear until your 40+. You level so quickly, anything spent on gear at this level would be a waste really. Drops should be fairly frequent, so just equip whatever you find from the monsters you kill.

Another question - do the EXP, SXP buff potions we get in the beginning stack? Or is it only time-stacked?

No they don't stack.
