I think is best to wait 3 or 4 months befor doing anythink, what they said was just a warning that my IP is in their watchdog list after a few months ill change IP and provider under my wifes name.

They are nasty you can be fined €1000 up to €30000 its best not to mess with them.

Who is hadopi? Is that your ISP or something? Have a look at something like Tor (https://www.torproject.org/). I never tried them but might be what you need.

You can't stop that, but you can use some softwares to 'block' your data, so they can't see what you're downloading etc.
