BEFORE YOU MESSAGE AN ADMIN
Use the search to check if your question has already been answered before. If there isn't one and it's an issue that needs to be addressed by an Admin directly, then send us a PM (private message).

SUGGESTIONS AND FEATURE REQUESTS
If you have a suggestion to change or improve something relating to the game, or a request to add something to the game, post it in the Suggestions section. Do not send a PM here at the website or DM at the Discord server.

TITLE OF MESSAGE
Your title must not be "hey" or "pls". It NEEDS to be to the point. If you need a Job Change, then write JOB CHANGE on your title. If you have a moolah issue, then go with "Moolah Issue".
No weird stuff or your messages might not be read in time, because we get A LOT of messages and we tend to try and prioritize the ones that actually do say what they need.

WHICH ADMIN TO MESSAGE?
Send your private messages to Sedy. Click here to go to his profile where you will see a Message button.

Be realistic with your requests and BE CONCISE AND CLEAR. When you PM about any of the issues above, INCLUDE all details needed, like Character Name for example.

Account or items stolen: If you have lost items or characters because you shared your account with someone or tried to illegally gain items, there is nothing we can do about it. Your account is your responsibility and we do not share it, because we have already warned you about this here: https://noscrubs.net/discussions/account-sharing

If you want to report a bug and you don't want to make a post on the forum, message Sedy.

You can also message him if you have an issue with Paymentwall. But before you do that, MAKE SURE you have checked on the paymentwall page, clicked on "My Account", and then "Missing moolah?" on your own, because we CAN NOT see Paymentwall reports before they send us the payment. You need to first do that on your own, and THEN report to us.

OTHER DETAILS
Last thing and very important. BE PATIENT. If you think you were ignored, we probably haven't seen it yet as we receive A LOT of PMs. If you don't receive an answer after a few days, please resend your message.
