First of all im trying to vote for tears but i get this

Error!
The character doesn't exist or is not high enough level to vote!
Please refresh the browser and try again.

My toons name is Duby and i type it as i got in game but i get that error

aslo i see monsters with name that says do not attack what dose that mean just dont attack them?

The do not attack monsters are the anti bot system. they spawn and when you hit them you DC. And you got to be level 40 to vote for tears. If you are lvl 40+ then you need to contact sedy and them and they will fix it for you

Yeah, you can just ignore those. I'm every single one of us have attacked them, accidently or otherwise and got disconnected.
I notice they usually appear if you are out on a map somewhere and go afk. When you start attacking monsters, they usually appear close to where you are. You can either move to a different area, or just sit and rest. They usually disappear after a minute or 2.
It usually doesn't take that long to get to level 40. So try again after, or as darcel said, message Gala if you are still getting that error message.
