Problem with quest Vermin

Hi guys i wanna know one thing, if this quest is killing mini-boss and sometimes take one or two weeks, if people kill this monster because drop items for sell it going to take months, what way people who dont stay all day going to kill a monster who people who finish this quest kill this monsters ? When i stay on game and i go someone is there or kill me or kill the boss, and i have one month with Athelon quest on list and cant finish because someone kill it every day, what people can finish this type of quest if all people are killing for sell items ?

do a normal party with people to get the miniboss. then 6 of you can have the boss at once. and count for all. this quest isn't meant to be easy for you to complete

I can createa a party, but when i can found a mini boss if people who dont have this quest because do it killing for drop.

Okas thx for info, and can tell me if Boss Corrupt Pupa Pupa stay on NightFall, because this is a pk map, what way can i see if boss stay there if people are killing there.
