Seriously though, I don't see how this as a sexual harassment can compare to bosses asking for sexual favors from their female employees so that they don't get them fired. I would just tell this woman off to savour her delicacies more properly and discreetly in public.

After that, it all depends. How she's doing it, if she's looking at someone, if she does more than that. I've read about cases that are indeed cases of harassment committed by women.

Thelastprince. I disagree. She technically not eating it in front of everyone since at first everyone back turn was turn to her but me play devil's advocate here. Would you have any issue with this if she was engaged in eating this "popsicle" in a lunch room full of men? Now if she making loud sounds such to disrupt business then yeah I could see someones point. As far as sexual harassment goes I would have to say no or someone needs to tell my school they need to pull popsicles out of the lunch cafeteria during the summer

That's not really sexual harassment. She's not doing it to someone in particular, so there's nobody being harassed. That's more like a public display of affection towards the lolipop which means being unprofessional considering that she's in an office. IKR ridiculous. But that's the only way I can put it.
