Silver Control Spread

Good Day!

Is it possible that the Silver Control Spread be dropped from dungeon bosses (i.e. LI bosses, Payaso or DI bosses). As I've checked the database, it's only obtainable from grab bags with 0.28-0.38 chance only.

I hope you can consider this.

well, it's ok if it will drop in any other boss or vortex, as long as it's obtainable in other means aside from grab bag.~
