Voting Problem

Sir I have a voting problem here, see, I recreated my character with same name and now I can't seem to go through voting. I'm level 51. Can you please fix this? :(

    Alice you need to be above level 40 to vote. I see your character is past level 40 now so you probably can. :)

    Yeah, I actually saw the thread in the archive thread so I know that now. XD I was able to vote last night to so I've been trying to stock up on lots of scrub tears to get the clothing. XD
