Q: Who is in charge around here?

. He codes and handles all the technical issues and is the owner of this lovely server

Q: I have a question and I don't know who to send it to.
A: If you have a general Iris question, create a post in the Game Help & Support
forum, we aim at helping as soon as we can, so long as we are not sleeping. Even then, other people will be eager to help.

Q: I am having problems installing/logging on Iris. What can I do?
1. Make sure your game is fully patched before you do anything else.
2. Check if your Firewall/Antivirus is blocking any game files.
3. Make sure your game is not in a folder that has Windows permissions that you can't overwrite, like Program Files or Windows folders. Move it to another folder.
4. If these things don't work, create a post in the Game Help & Support
forum with as much detail as you can. Include screenshots and your computer's specifications. This will enable us to understand the issue you are facing and help you.
Q: Are there any rules of conduct on the forum?
A: Don't spam, troll or flame on any post. If we have to warn you more than once, you will be punished accordingly. We try not to delete or lock posts because discussion amongst the community is good. Just so long as you all aren't fighting or insulting other players/staff. If you find your post has been deleted you might want to double check with one of the staff first before you start posting the same thing again because there is probably a reason why we would decide to lock/delete a topic.
Q: What is the max level?
Q:What level are the Class Changes?
A: Level 30 and level 75.
Q: How do I get Noscrubs Tears?
A: You can get them in several ways
1) Being online. You get 2 Tears for every hour that you are online
2) Voting. You may vote every 12 or 24 Hours depending on the vote site.
3) Exchanging with other players in-game.
4) Doing your daily Vortex runs. You will earn a good amount of tears doing that.
5) Opening chests in Pandahama Island.
6) Participating in game and forum events.
Q: I want to level fast. What is the best way?
A: Quests. The higher levels will be faster if you do the Daily Quests as well.
Q: How come I have to keep entering a 4 digit password to get into my inventory and can I turn it off?
A: It is there to protect your items should anybody gain access to your account. You can turn it off at Options -> Settings -> Inventory Security Pin
Q: If I enchant my item, will it break like it does in retail?
Q: I was thinking about using hacks or cheats.
A: Good luck with that. This will most likely be a trick from some people/site trying to steal your account and your items. Make sure you understand that you are not supposed to share your account details either, it is against the rules.

Q: Am I allowed to speak any other language in megaphone?
A: No. English only on the megaphone. If you can't speak English use another method of communication. If you get caught breaking this rule you will be warned and if you do it again you will lose your Megaphone and muted.
Q: I got muted by a GM. Why?
A: If you were warned by a GM not to use any other language in megaphone, if you harass another player, or if you choose to harass a staff member, you WILL be muted. The GMs will explain why you have been muted and for how long. If your mute has ended and you still can't talk, please contact a GM by messaging them or post on the forums and they will remove it for you.
Q: I am going away for a while and am unable to play NoScrubs. Is it OK If I give my username and my password to my friend?
A: It is not ok to share your account, but we cannot do anything to stop you.
